PreviousHelp CenterNextHow to find your allocated vCPU?

Last updated 1 month ago

PerfectScale offers a free, 30-day trial, providing you with valuable insights and actionable recommendations for eliminating waste, saving costs, and improving your environment's stability and resilience.

The Trial officially begins only when the first cluster is onboarded and not when the account is created, but you'll need to upload your first cluster within a week.

Trial Limitations

NOTE: PerfectScale Trial does NOT include the following features, which are only available on the Expert Plan:

  1. (limited to 1 cluster)

If you want to evaluate these features as well, contact us at

Find the information regarding the available Plans .

End of Trial

When your Trial is almost over, one of our team members will assess your monthly vCPU/h Consumption Forecast (CCF) and provide further instructions based on the available .

about how to retrieve the number of CPU Units per Kubernetes node.

PerfectScale will notify users that the Trial is nearing its end.

CCF < 200,000 vCPU/h

Once the Trial is completed and assuming the CCF is less than 200,000 vCPU/h, the account will be moved to the Free Community Plan, and the service will continue uninterrupted.

CCF > 200,000 vCPU/h

If the CCF exceeds 200,000 vCPU/h, one of our team members will remind the account owner that the Trial is nearing its end, and since your CCF is bigger than the free community package allowance (> 200,000 vCPU/h), your account will be restricted once the Trial ends unless you purchase a license.

The data collected during the Trial will be stored for 30 days. After that, the trial data will be deleted for the accounts that haven't migrated to the available . To reactivate and regain access to the account, contact .
